ASD is the creative development of Angela Scandariato. Her journey began as an architecture major at the University of Miami. With a keen eye, spatial skills, and natural-born creativity, she discovered a deep affinity for layout, composition, architectural detailing and thinking outside the box- ultimately leading her into the world of interior design. Angela's career took off with designing model homes for prominent builders and developers including Pulte Homes, GL Homes, Lennar Homes, US Homes, Toll Brothers, London Bay Homes, Willoughby Development, LC Construction to name a few. Her work, showcased across diverse communities, garnered the attention of both homeowners and business professionals, paving the way for a distinguished career in design. Angela has achieved multiple accolades and awards throughout her career, including First Place in the Boca Magazine's "Designing the Dream Home" competition- an honor awarded based on votes from an esteemed panel of industry professionals, including architects, custom home builders and developers. Angela's continued dedication to excellence allows her to offer tailored creative services to clients nationwide.

Design Consultation
A one-hour site meeting to evaluate existing conditions, explore design ideas, and establish a clear design direction. The focus may be on a single room or the entire home-whichever can be effectively addressed within the one-hour timeframe.
Architectural Detailing
Following an initial design consultation, this service includes, though is not limited to, the selection of interior and/or exterior finishes and selections such as flooring, plumbing & lighting fixtures, appliances, trim, pool tile, pavers, roof tile, paint colors, and more. A flat fee is applied based on the complexity of the project.
Color Consultation
This one-hour site meeting is focused on selecting the optimal color palette for your space. Attention can be given to any area requiring a color update, including walls, ceilings, trim, cabinets and more. Paint colors are chosen on-site to ensure accuracy in lighting and context.
Staging Consultation
This one-hour site meeting is dedicated to evaluating and strategizing ways to maximize the overall appeal of the property to enhance market value. During the meeting, suggestions for furnishing adjustments may be made on-site. Additional recommendations will be compiled into a detailed report, which will be provided within 48 hours for the seller to review and implement as desired.

Interior Design

A comprehensive, soup to nuts, turnkey design service begins with and initial consultation to understand your vision, needs and scope. A follow up meeting will occur to present a "concept board" to ensure we share the same vision before moving to the next step. Subsequently, a detailed design plan will be created, which may include, but not limited to, space planning, selection of finishes for; furniture, paint, cabinetry, trim, hardware, window treatments, accessories, plumbing fixtures, appliances, etc. A formal presentation of the design will be provided. Once approved, we will manage the entire procurement process and coordinate the installation schedule to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish. Design fees vary based on the scale and complexity of each project, allowing us to tailor the service to your unique requirements.
